The Bone Collector

这是一部很“老”（旧）的戏了，是在1999年拍的。这部戏我是几年前看的，所以还很影响深刻，大家来看一看吧！


Synopsis

An ex-forensics expert who was injured in an accident, and now is paralyzed, Lincoln Rhyme (Denzel Washington) and a patrol cop, Amelia Donaghy (Angelina Jolie), team up to solve a string of murders all connected to a serial killer by his signature: a single shard of bone is removed from each of the victims. Rhyme is bed-ridden, but communicates with Amelia via phone as she examines the various crime scenes and collects evidence and reports back to him. Lincoln is completely oblivious to Amelia's extraordinary good looks - they operate on a purely professional level, and Lincoln's almost morbid fascination in her is based on her professionalism and 'knack' for crime solving.

The killer poses as a New York taxi driver, and abducts and kills those who get in his taxi. The first two victims are a married couple named Alan and Lindsay Rubin, who get a taxi home but then find themselves kidnapped by the killer. Amelia finds Alan's body buried in a Civil War-era railroad bed. She also finds a piece of shellfish, which eventually leads Amelia - working with Rhyme - to Alan's wife, and a scrap of paper. The detectives find Mrs. Rubin, too late, at a steam junction in a below ground services area of a building in the financial district, secured using old handcuffs or shackles at the mouth of a pipe which emits steam. She has been scalded to death from the steam. The killer has also removed a bit of flesh and bone from her arm. Amelia finds another scrap of paper at the scene.

The killer then abducts an NYU student. He is taken to a derelict slaughterhouse where he is tied to a pole and gutted with a knife, and left for rats to feed on. Amelia and Rhyme, using the clue left by the killer at the scene of Lindsay Rubin's death (rat hairs embedded in a bone from a cow's body), find the victim, but again too late to save him. Again, the killer has removed a piece of the victim's bone. Amelia is able to collect the evidence, including another scrap of paper. The pressure of the tense investigation and bureaucratic challenges to both Amelia's and Rhyme's involvement with the case are having serious impacts on Rhyme's health and stability.

After piecing together the message the killer was sending using the scraps of paper, Amelia and Rhyme are led to an old book of short stories, which in turn leads them to the killer's next victims, a grandfather and granddaughter tied to a pier as the tide rises. The girl is rescued, but her grandfather dies. At the scene, Amelia finds another bone, an old police badge, and an old subway map. These clues, and an earlier clue left by the killer at the scene of Mrs Rubin's death (asbestos) lead Amelia to an abandoned subway station, in which Amelia sees some numbers which have been tampered with to spell out Rhyme's police badge number. Amelia then figures out that the bone collector is after Rhyme.

The bone collector arrives at Rhyme's house, and after killing Rhyme's nurse Thelma (Queen Latifah) and Captain Howard Cheney (Michael Rooker) it is revealed that he is the medical technician who cares for Rhyme's medical equipment. The technician, Richard Thompson (Leland Orser), is an ex-forensic cop who wants revenge because in the past, Rhyme's testimony helped convict the killer of planting false evidence at crime scenes. The result is that Richard was brutalized in prison and his life ruined. Despite the helpless state he is in, Rhyme manages to jam Richard's hand by flapping his bed horizontal, and in struggle to free himself, Richard pulls Rhyme with him and they both collapse to the floor. Rhyme then manages to bite Richard in the neck, causing massive bleeding (in fact, in the novel, Rhyme kills him by severing his spinal cord). Richard once again manages to free himself, grabbing a large knife and about to end Rhyme's life, Amelia suddenly arrives at the apartment with a gun, killing him before he has a chance to deliver the fatal stab.

The film ends at a Christmas celebration at Rhyme's apartment. Rhyme, having given up his plans to end his life by suicide, faces his sister and niece coming to visit him along with Amelia, Dr. Barry Lehman (John Benjamin Hickey), Kenny Solomon (Mike McGlone), Paulie Sellitto (Ed O'Neill) and his family, Eddie Ortiz (Luis Guzman) and his mother, and Lincoln's new nurse.

我认为这部戏还不错，剧情很紧凑，很珍惜戏里的每一分每一秒。嗯。。。我的意思是这部戏里的每一分每一秒都试图在表达着一个讯息，而不是像一些戏那样，很拖、又找不到重点。在这戏里，Jolie（饰Amelia）在表达自己的感情、情绪方面会比在《Salt》里来得多。在戏里，她会表现出她脆弱的一面，而在《Salt》似乎没那个时间给她去停下来休息。它的剧情还蛮吸引人的，会让人一直想要看下去，而Washington（饰Rhyme）的聪明睿智也让人忍不住赞赏。Washington演他突然病发的那一幕我也觉得很不错，而且蛮有趣的（他过后又示范给Amelia看他刚才病发的样子）。不过，最让人心惊的是Washington一直以来的medical technician竟然就是那个bone collector，这样一来，还真是让人防不胜防。整体来说，我认为还不错。

我会给它三粒半的星级吧！可以拿到Medal 4。

Shutter

Synopsis

Ben Shaw (Joshua Jackson) and his new bride, Jane (Rachael Taylor), leave New York for Tokyo, Japan, where Ben has a job as a photographer. While traveling, Jane hits a girl wearing a thin dress in the middle of the wilderness (despite the cold and snow), running over her with both wheels and running into a ditch. After regaining consciousness, they find there was no body or even a trace of blood on either the car or the road, and they decide to leave, thinking the victim was alright. They later start to find mysterious lights in their photos, which are later identified as spirit photography by Ben's assistant, Seiko Nakamura (Maya Hazen). Jane begins to have eerie dreams and visions as if they are trying to tell her something, and senses a mysterious haunting presence stalking them. Ben begins to complain of severe shoulder pain, and his friends begin to comment he's looking bent and hunched over, though the doctor he goes to see can find no cause. Seiko takes Jane to her ex-boyfriend, Ritsuo (James Kyson Lee), whose career is to investigate paranormal activities, and he tells them that the lights are spirits, manifestations of intense emotions trying to communicate. At a subway station, Jane spots the ghostly presence of the girl she hit, causing her to believe that she killed the girl. Ben later also has a similar terrifying encounter in his dark room. They then go to a medium, Murase; however, Ben refuses to translate what Murase says, claiming he is a fraud.

Later on Jane decides to visit the office building in one of the photos. When she gets there, she goes to the floor where the light has gathered, and takes pictures in the empty office. She encounters the yūrei, and learns that the girl's name was Megumi Tanaka and that Ben knew her. When she confronts Ben about it, he admits that he and Megumi were once involved in a relationship, but that after the death of her father, she became very obsessive and clingy, and eventually he dumped her, with help from his two friends.

Ben's friends, Adam (John Hensley) and Bruno (David Denman), are killed by Megumi. Adam's eye is torn out while shooting pictures and he dies from shock. Bruno commits suicide by jumping from his apartment in a state of shock and undress, suggesting that he has been sexually violated. After watching Bruno jump from the building Ben and Jane go back to their apartment. Ben wants to leave but Jane says "We're not going anywhere" and hands Ben their wedding photo in which the right hand side shows a distorted picture of Megumi. They realize she's been with them the entire time and what happened on the road was meant for their attentions. They go to Megumi's home, only to find her decayed body. She had committed suicide with potassium cyanide long before the car impact.

That night Ben is tortured by Megumi. She appears in different places around the room and climbs onto the bed, straddling Ben, taking off her dress, and throwing it on his face, revealing her inhuman body. She then precedes to follow him around the room where she lets her tongue out (which is much longer than a normal human tongue) and forces it into Ben's mouth, kissing him, releasing a swarm of flies that almost choke him. Jane wakes up and screams at Megumi to leave Ben and her alone, after watching flies come out of his mouth. Megumi's shadow appears behind her against the fluttering window curtains and she is wrapped up in the curtains and pushed against the window where her head cracks the glass. Jane screams "He left you because he never loved you" which then breaks the hold and throws her back on the bed. Megumi stops with a brief sinister laugh, leaving Ben alive.

After Megumi's funeral, Ben and Jane return to New York, thinking it's all over. However, Jane finds some recent photos in an envelope which still show Megumi, who is crawling toward a picture of Jane hanging on the wall. Jane goes into the room behind the picture and finds a camera in a trunk. After uploading the memory card into the laptop Jane sees more photos taken by Ben, showing Adam and Bruno raping Megumi at her home before her suicide, while Ben does nothing but watch them doing the deed. After this discovery Ben returns home, where he tries to explain he felt it was the only way to drive Megumi away, as nothing else was working. They'd used some pills and had planned on using the pictures as blackmail against Megumi if she didn't leave him alone but it turned into rape. This explains why Ben didn't want to translate what the medium said earlier in the film and why Megumi murdered Adam and Bruno, as Ben knew this was about revenge against all three of them. Believing that Megumi was trying to warn her, and disgusted by Ben's past actions, Jane leaves.

Driven mad by all the events related to Megumi, Ben begins photographing the apartment with his Polaroid camera, looking to confront her. After throwing the camera across the room, it takes a picture of him, showing Megumi sitting astride his shoulders. Remembering in the hospital where a nurse weighed Ben, showing a weight of 275 lbs, the weight of two people, as well as the mysterious shoulder pains, Ben realizes that Megumi has been with him all along since her suicide without his knowledge. Horrified, and in an effort to rid himself of her, he electrocutes himself. He is rendered completely catatonic and sent to a mental institution, where he is shown sitting slumped over on the edge of his bed. The last scene is a reflection of the glass from the door, showing Megumi still draped over his back.

一开始看它的封面，我还以为会是一部很恐怖的戏，没想到竟然没我想像中的恐怖，让我有些失望。大体上，我认为演员们的演技都没什么问题，只是有一个部分，也就是Megumi被灌药，然后被Ben拍照还有被Ben的两个朋友玩弄的那个部分，我觉得她演得有点假。至于剧情的部分，我认为很不错。这部戏从一开始Ben和Jane结婚时起就开始出现疑点（应该说是悬疑的部分吧）了，所以从一开始看的时候就要很仔细地看。至于其他的部分，我认为都还不错，只是有一个剧情，也就是Ben要求与Megumi分手后，Megumi还纠缠不清的部分，我觉得both Ben and Megumi都有错。如果不是Megumi一直很像“鬼”一样地“跟踪”Ben，Ben也不会出此下策，而Ben没有阻止他的朋友强奸Megumi，这就是他的错了。至于后来，当Megumi变成鬼了之后，她还一直跟随着Ben，说好听一点是痴情，难听一点的就是纠缠不清、死脑筋。我觉得Megumi对Ben的惩罚也够了吧！她到最后也让Jane看清楚了事实而离开了Ben，但Megumi还死缠着Ben，这点让我觉得很烦，难道说她的怨恨要随着她过一辈子吗？还是说做错事的人终身就再也没有得到幸福的机会？

我会给它三粒星吧！可以拿到Medal 3.

The Horseman

The Horseman by Jonas Akerlund

Synopsis

An older man and his dog are out hunting, when they discover a serving tray on a stand in the middle of a frozen lake. He notices the words "Come and See" painted on several trees as he lifts the lid.

Detective Aidan Breslin is a widower who has become emotionally distanced from his two sons, Alex and Sean, following the death of his wife three years ago. Due to his former dental forensics expertise, Aidan receives a call regarding the contents of the tray, where it is revealed that it contained human teeth. After analyzing the teeth, Breslin is able to match them to a man who had been reported missing.

Aidan is once again called to investigate the bizarre murder of a woman named Mrs. Spitz, who was discovered hanging in her bedroom, eerily displayed and strung up on a series of hooks connected to a rig; the words "Come and See" displayed prominently on the walls. According to her autopsy report, she drowned in her own blood due to a precise stabbing. They also discover that Mrs. Spitz had been pregnant and the foetus was removed. Aidan speculates that there were four attackers and that they had used a camera to record the murder. After leaving the crime-scene, Breslin comforts one of the Spitz's three daughters, their adopted Asian daughter Kristen, reassuring her that he will do his best to solve the crime.

The next murder shares the same M.O. with the Spitz murder; the similar hook contraption leads Breslin to a local tattoo parlor. There, he is informed that the owner constructed four devices in total. Yet another murder occurs, but this time no hook rig was involved and the message only appears on three of the room's walls. While Aidan reviews the evidence at his home, Sean stumbles on one of the photographs. Sean's insights point Breslin to the Bible, where he discovers that these killings are patterned after the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, with each room corresponding to a Horsemen; the "Come and See" message pertains to the lifting of the veil and the coming of the Apocalypse.

When Kristen contacts Aidan unexpectedly, he goes to meet with her, and during their conversation Kristen produces the missing fetus, confessing to the murder. During her interrogation, Aidan discovers the darker side of Kristen's personality, one similar to the Horseman War.

Meanwhile, Cory, a homosexual, has a confrontation with his homophobic brother Taylor. As Taylor drunkenly stumbles out to his car, Cory is accosted by another man in the parking lot. In response, Cory stabs the man, who survives the attack and later provides the police with Cory's description. The precision of the stab wound leads Aidan to assume that it was done by a Horseman. Elsewhere, Taylor awakens to find himself hooked onto a rig with his eyes fixed open. Cory appears wielding a bone saw, then proceeds to try to cut out his own heart, killing himself in the process. Later, Breslin goes over to Kristen's house where he and his partner Stingray discover the video recording from the murders as well as some polaroids of Kristen posing sexually with Mr. Spitz. When Breslin confronts Kristen in jail, she claims to have been sexually abused for years and the murder of Mrs. Spitz served as punishment for her abuse. Following the interview, Breslin has Mr. Spitz arrested.

Breslin, convinced that there may be another victim, asks Kristen if she represented the Horseman War and that the unrigged victim (which was Cory) was Famine. She confirms this, but refuses to relinquish any information about Death, their leader. Breslin comes to the conclusion that due to the nature of the first murder, he was meant to be assigned to the case all along, and becomes concerned that his family will be targeted next. Breslin asks Stingray to go on ahead and check his house.

At the Breslin home, Stingray is attacked and knocked out. Aiden arrives later and enters Alex's room for the first time in three years. To his horror, everything in the room is white or painted white: the color of the Horseman Death or Righteousness (the leader). A clue points him to the Metropolitan Theatre, where Aidan first met his wife. When he arrives, he is knocked unconscious; when he comes to, he finds himself handcuffed to a seat as Alex dangles over the stage on the final hook rig. Alex starts bleeding to death, as he gives Breslin a speech regarding the Horsemen's emotional detachment from their families. As Alex succumbs to his injuries, Breslin rips his handcuffs off the seating and fires his gun to detach the rigging from the ceiling. Alex awakens as his father holds him.

At the Breslin home, Sean wakes up from a bad dream as Breslin comforts him. When he asks where Alex is, Breslin reassures him that Alex will be okay, his fate ultimately unknown.

嗯。。。。这部戏老实说还好罢了，因为我觉得它的剧情不是很紧凑，让人没有那种紧张感。我觉得章子怡玩她的头发的那个部分好像有点不适合她的年龄吧！感觉好像她的行为与她的作为差很远，不过在说话发面我觉得演还不错。有一幕她正在与Dennis Quaid（饰Breslin）聊天，然后她抱着他，貌似在哭泣，然后说Sorry。正当Quaid问她为什么要说对不起时，而这时，她却突然拿出了foetus。这个部分我觉得还不赖。不过，我觉得如果不是她自首，警方也很难抓到元凶的。令我比较影响深刻的部分是有Cory和Taylor-两个是同性恋，但同时又是亲兄弟的那一幕。当Taylor醒来，发现自己被钓着，本来一直骂Cory的他怕个半死，一直喊Cory要他来救他，而当Cory出现时，他才发现Cory“好像”就是那个把他钓起来的人。而这时，Cory拿着一个bone saw出现的时候，Taylor以为他要杀了他，因为Taylor之前说不想再这么下去了，所以他以为因此Cory很生气而要杀了他。这时，镜头转到了Taylor的下体，我还以为Cory要把他的下体给锯下来，但后来经我的姐姐一提醒，我才发现原来是Taylor怕到漏尿了。。-_-。。。后来，Cory把那把bone saw锯向他自己，试图要把自己的心脏锯出来，而Taylor一直喊。那时我就在想，又不是锯向他，他喊来凑热闹啊？但后来想想，应该是因为害怕吧！还有一幕是显示牙齿那一幕，那一幕也不错。比较假的部分是解剖尸体的那个部分，我觉得这一幕还得向另一部戏（抱歉，我忘了那部戏的名字）多多学习。

我想我会给它三粒半的星级吧！可以拿到Medal 4。

Headless Horseman

Synopsis

Seven teens on the way to a party discover that they're in danger of losing their heads to a vengeful ghost that won't stop killing until he's gathered enough gourds to make a complete collection in this low-budget shocker featuring Night Court's Richard Moll. Local legend around the "lost" town of Wormwood states that on All Hallow's Eve one-hundred years ago, a local lunatic tortured the town youngsters by submerging them in boiling oil. When the local townspeople discovered what was happening to their children, they ripped the man from his home and chopped off his head. Now, every seven years, the killer returns to claim another seven heads. Tonight is the night he is set to return to Wormwood, and as the unsuspecting teens make their way through the wilderness they wander right into town square. It's a foreboding place where bones line Main Street and the locals cower in fear of the supernatural wrath to come. Will these seven teens be able to keep their heads until the dawn sends this headless demon back to hell, or is it time for the savage specter's reign to finally come to an end?

老实说，一开始我还有一点期待这部戏的，不过老实说看了约二十分钟后，我开始觉得这部戏很会拖，因为它大约三十分钟后才开始出现真正“有料”的部分。演员方面，我认为没什么好说的，没有说比较让人耳目一新，或者说是眼前一亮的感觉。而有一个部分，比较像是插景的是那个女孩换衣服的部分。我姐说在这么紧张的气氛下谁还有心情看她换衣，而我只觉得那个部分是为了要应景的，也就是应接下去那女孩要做的事。最最最不满意又令人失望的地方是-血。那血太假了！它的颜色太深，让我一度怀疑那到底是不是油漆！至于后来的部分，也就是那男子在与劈头士对抗时，那本来很厉害的劈头士在有了不完整的头后突然变得好像不厉害了，他之前本来一刀都可以砍去那个victim的头，到过后有了头，有了眼睛后反而还要用斧头还是其他普通的武器来与那男子对抗。这好像是故意要剥削他的“威力”，让他早点死了早点戏完结的样子或是要给人个Happy Ending！总的来说，这戏对我而言没有紧张感、恐怖感。我认为还行罢了。

我会给它两粒半的星级吧！它将获得Medal 2.

Human Centepede

这是我在六月时看过的一部戏，还不错哦！

Synopsis

Dr. Heiter kidnaps a truck driver by the side of a road. Later, two US tourists, Lindsay and Jenny, arrive at Heiter's house as they search for help after getting a flat tyre. Heiter quickly drugs the women, and when they awake they find themselves beside the kidnapped trucker in a makeshift hospital ward in the doctor's basement. Heiter informs the trucker that he is not a match for the women and kills him. When the women wake up, the trucker has been replaced by a new captive, Japanese tourist Katsuro.

The doctor explains to his captives that he is a world-renowned expert at separating conjoined , but dreams of making new creatures that share a single digestive by joining separate individuals via their mouths and anuses. He explains that his previous experiment, a creature made of three Rottweilers,died. However, he explains how he will attach the three human subjects to each other to form what he refers to as a human centipede. The doctor then explains in great detail to his captives exactly how he will go about surgically connecting them. Lindsay attempts to escape, then tries to get Jenny out but is unsuccessful. Once the surgery is complete, the doctor tries to train the trio to perform tasks such as fetching newspapers. Katsuro, as the front part of the centipede, refuses to do as he is told, and the doctor beats him. When Katsuro defecates, Lindsay is forced to swallow his excrement and the doctor watches with great delight. However, Heiter eventually becomes irritated after being kept awake by the constant screaming of his victims and realizing that Jenny is dying from blood poisoning.

Two police detectives, Kranz and Voller, visit Heiter to investigate the disappearance of tourists in the area. After the detectives leave, Heiter informs his captives that Jenny will soon be replaced by two new parts. Katsuro stabs him with a scalpel and fails an attempt to rip out Heiter's jugular vein with his teeth, and the three surgically connected captives attempt to escape as Heiter crawls after them. Katsuro faces the doctor with a piece of broken glass in his hand, confessing that he deserved what Heiter did to him because he treated his family poorly, before fatally cutting his own throat with the glass. At this point, the police officers break into the house, and Heiter crawls away to hide in the room housing his swimming pool. Kranz is shocked to discover Heiter's victims, and soon finds Voller dead in the swimming pool near an armed Dr. Heiter, who then exchanges fatal gunfire with Kranz. Jenny and Lindsay hold hands as Jenny dies from her blood poisoning. Lindsay is left alone in the house, trapped between her deceased fellow captives. 这部戏与我殊来爱看的恐怖类型的戏扯不上关系（我个人这么认为），不过电影情节蛮吸引眼球的，只不过有点恶心。我认为男主角 Dieter Laser 把他的角色扮演得很好，就好比如在他把那三个victims当成狗来吩咐的时候，他演得好像他真的是变态佬（确切来说是神经病）这样。另外，有一幕是他逼她们把大便吞下去，那一幕他也演得很经典、逼真。至于其他的演员我认为没什么好说的，只是他们会演得比较辛苦。至于剩下的，自己看就知道了。

我想我会给这部戏四粒星吧！可以拿到我心目中的 Medal 5（如右上角所示）吧！
